Welcome Puente Community College Teams!

This section of the Web Site is designed primarily and specifically for the Community College Teams. It is our hope that we assist you in helping Puente students excel academically and transfer to a four-year colleges and universities. We also hope that this page helps you establish a strong program that not only includes writing, counseling, and mentoring, but also offers ideas to institute service learning, community building and opportunities for colleague to colleague information sharing.

We hope that this site will serve as a resource for you whether you are looking for program implementation resources, counseling, teaching and mentoring resources, information about upcoming trainings and events, or just a place to share best practices and exchange resources with the Puente community. In the future we hope that all instructors and counselors will be able to directly place sample lesson plans, as well as any other material on this site.
